Notice:When making a booking, a £30 deposit is required to secure your appointment which is NON-REFUNDABLE, even in the case of rescheduling or even cancellations. Your remaining balance is to be paid in by bank transfer or cash on the day of your appointment.
Payments and Rescheduling
- To reschedule another appointment using the same deposit you must do so at least 2 days (48 hours) before your initial appointment within the same month.
- I do not allow reschedules to be taken into the following month, therefore in the event of a cancellation, your deposit is non-refundable and you have to pay another deposit to secure your booking.
- You can email me to reschedule your appointment up to 3 times within the same month, after those 3 times or if you'd like to reschedule into the next month, you'd have to pay another deposit.
Emergency Appointments & Parking
- You could email for an emergency appointment, enquiring whether I'll be available for your desired date or time, which will result in a £35 fee that will have to be paid prior to your appointment alongside a deposit. (At least 3 days notice is required for this)
- In your confirmation email, you are given the details of a nearby car park to park in. Please give yourself ample time to find parking, we will not be held responsible for any parking tickets. Parking is also not a valid excuse for lateness.
Payment and Cancellation
- Dates for every month are released on the 18th of the previous month. For example, July slots will be released June 18th. If this changes, I will notify everyone on my Instagram. Sundays we are closed.
- If the date you want to book for is unavailable, it is probably full booked or not available for booking whatsoever.

Purchasing the correct frontal & Hair Vendors
- It is YOUR responsibility to get the necessary lace fitting to your skin complexion. A guide has been presented below showing what is and isn't acceptable. If you are still unsure please do not hesitate to email me. Please ensure that you purchase a good quality frontal so we can avoid difficulty when it comes to installation. The lace should be thin, soft and quite stretchy. I DO NOT accept grey/green thick lace!
- If the lace does not match any of my requirements, I may have to cancel your appointment.
- I would avoid ready-made units from aliexpress as they are currently providing hair that is plastic with unacceptable lace.
Do's and Dont's
- I DO NOT PROVIDE CORNROWS AS A SERVICE, therefore please come with your hair clean and freshly braided as flat as possible to the back of your head. Please ensure your hair is clean or I won't be able to proceed with your appointment.
- I DO NOT accept hair containing products such as shampoo/conditioner, bleach or dye, or hair that is dirty or damp and I will send it back.
- I DO NOT re-install custom wig units made by other hairstylists or by yourself.
- I DO provide a service for low hairlines, however I highly recommend 13×6 frontals for this service.
- Please note that appointments from 5:30 onwards are out of hours and are £15 extra if available to book on the site, you must add it on when booking
On your appointment day & 1:1 classes
- Please bring your liquid foundation/ concealer that matches your forehead with you to your appointment. Please be ready to pay via bank transfer, for example, if you need a card reader to transfer money, ensure you bring that with you. In the event that you cannot make bank transfers, please bring the correct balance in cash.
- BIRTHDAY BOOKINGS ARE NOT A DISCOUNTED SERVICE this service is for when you book with us on the day of your birthday and you are greeted with a gift to show our appreciation and to make you feel extra special on your birthday
- 1 am available for 1:1 classes, do not hesitate to email for further enquires. All 1:1 classes require half the full amounts deposit, which is also non-refundable.
- If you'd like to purchase hair from sbtcollection for your lesson then you will be able to at a discounted price.
Drop offs

You must bring your hair to me 5 days before your appointment (this applies to all services)
Any later results in:
3-4 days before = £20 late fee
2 days before = £35 late fee
In the case whereby you have also requested a dyeing service alongside an install, I would need your hair 7 days before your appointment. Same rules apply, any later results in a £20 late fee. - If you bring your hair the day before your appointment, you will pay the fee of £50. I do not accept hair or make the wig on the day of your appointment.

Posting hair
- I would suggest you drop your hair off but if you would like to post your hair rather than drop it off, please follow these instructions:
- Include your name/contact number in the package
- Date/time of your appointment
- Hair bundles lengths/texture
- My business name on the front of the package, st the address should be given to you via confirmation email

If you post your hair, the same rules apply! Any later than 5 days before your appointment will result in the late fee so please plan effectively.
Please respect the no plus ones poncy and do not oring any one war you to your appomment. you do bring another person with you, wir have to politely turn them away.
What happens if l am late?
- The nearest station to me is Romford, less than a 2 minute walk from the station Please plan your route effectively as you being late affects my schedule and any other customers that may be coming after you. Please arrive on time and avoid arriving extremely early for your appointment as you may have to wait.
- If you are:

15 minutes late, there is a £10 fee
20 minutes late, there is a £15 fee
30 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you may have to reschedule.
- Any other requests must be discussed and agreed upon with me before you book
